Brisket Boss are a new catering service with a difference. Our chef is a fully certified pitmaster trained in the US and Texas, and he will cook food for you and your guests to perfection. Our expert artisan chef Liam has over seventeen years of experience as a classically trained chef, and has travelled far and wide to bring you our unique taste. The choice cuts we use are hand-rubbed with a delectable variety of herbs, spices and sauces to provide a taste sensation that will make any event spectacular.

The big advantage slow cooking has over other kinds of cooking, when it comes to meat, is that it produces a very tender and succulent result, whether in beef, pork, or bird. Some of the treats you can look forward to include home made coleslaw and roast potato done with carefully selected ingredients. We offer a unique service and we cater to unique tastes, so expect a memorable feast. We use two-year sun dried olive wood which is always sustainably sourced and is a renewable fuel. As is the way in the Texan tradition, our brisket is layered with our house rub and cooked for many hours over the indirect heat provided by dried oak, olive and hickory wood.

We make certain that only top quality woods are used in the cooking process allowing for hours of clean, low smoke cooking. Both visually appealing and delectably delicious, Brisket Boss is an ideal companion for your event.
