The versatile cooking rig is equipped with a king sized smoking chamber and charcoal grill, which lets people watch the appealing process. A fourteen hour smoked brisket is an experience unto itself, and it can be eaten by itself or on our fluffy brioche buns with juicy peppers. Our smoking rig is amazingly eye catching and has an appealing yet slick and sophisticated look that will cause a ripple at your event.
