Our smoking rig is amazingly eye catching and has an appealing yet slick and sophisticated look that will cause a ripple at your event. We use two-year sun dried olive wood which is always sustainably sourced and is a renewable fuel. Some of the treats you can look forward to include home made coleslaw and roast potato done with carefully selected ingredients. A fourteen hour smoked brisket is an experience unto itself, and it can be eaten by itself or on our fluffy brioche buns with juicy peppers.
