A fourteen hour smoked brisket is an experience unto itself, and it can be eaten by itself or on our fluffy brioche buns with juicy peppers. Pork belly, pulled pork shoulder and beef ribs are among our specialities, and not only do we use the latest and finest cooking techniques, we have adapted them to Irish meat.
