Brisket Boss brings traditional Texan style BBQ catering to Ireland! We provide a catering experience unlike any other for any event.
We specialise in the low and slow Texan style BBQ. This style has been adapted to incorporate the best of Irish! We use the finest quality meat and use additive free charcoal and dried olive wood to smoke our meats to perfection. Our cuts are coated in our unique homemade rubs and smothered in our specially created sauces. A certified pitmaster will smoke your food to perfection on site in our eye catching rig.
You can expect to see our signature melt in the mouth Brisket on the menu as well as pulled pork, ribs and bird. Check out our menu page for some samples of what you might expect if you happen upon us at a market or festival.

Brisket Boss was created by Liam and Dee, a husband and wife team with a passion for good food. Liam is a fully qualified chef with over 17 years experience and a long standing appreciation and interest in proper smokehouse BBQ.
They travelled to Houston, Texas in late 2017 where Liam trained as a pitmaster and they journeyed through Texas visiting as many barbeque joints as they could fit in! Now they want to bring this authentic low and slow Texan BBQ to you!
